Cancellation Rules
1. Refundable Deposits
- Full refund if canceled at least 15 days before the scheduled date.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled date may result in a partial refund or forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
- Deposits marked as non-refundable will not be returned if canceled at any time.
- Non-refundable deposits secure your booking and cover preparation, scheduling, and resources.
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
- Refundable deposits may be applied to a new date if arranged in advance.
- Non-refundable deposits may only be applied to a new date at the company’s discretion.
4. No-Shows
If you fail to attend without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation.
