Deposit Policy

1. Deposit Requirement

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking or order.
  
• The standard deposit is 50% of the total amount.
  

2. Refundability

• Deposits can be refundable or non-refundable depending on your selection at the time of
• booking.
  
• Refundable deposits will be returned if cancellation is made 15 days prior to the scheduled date.
  
• Non-refundable deposits are retained in case of cancellation.
  

3. Payment of Balance

• The remaining balance is due before delivery, completion, or on the agreed final date.
  

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellation within the refundable period results in a full deposit refund.
  
• Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability. Deposits can be applied to the new date if arranged in advance.
  

5. Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
