Shipped and arrived in good time well packaged and as described. Took a minute to figure how to wear this. It is sturdy but for where my back hunches it didn't seem to straighten it and where the velcro is can scratch or pinch inner upper arms. This is a quality support brace,, i just need a different designed one. This vendor has best price on these supports.

This was an impressive buy at this price point!
I honestly didn't think it was going to be this good. This is basically a soft gun holster without the holsters.
The size xl seemed to have fit my 6'2", 242lbs frame very well with quite a bit room to spare!
Make the loops so they are at their biggest, then after putting it on, open each velcro end and tighten it by pulling it forward/down and secure it.
Even after wearing it like 15 minutes, i could tell it is doing its job.
If it created too much discomfort, start in shorter durations and eventually increase the time you wear it.
So, if you are taller/heavier it should still work.
Not sure which size i got. The video is very helpful how to put it on.
